Our company provides a full range of services for engineering and technological support of chisel development:

• preparation and coordination of tool development programs.
• selection of a rational combination of "chisel-engine" for each drilling area based on previously accumulated experience.
• delivery and export of drill bits and engines to production facilities, provision of all necessary additional tools (chisel keys, gauge rings, spare nozzles, etc.).
• preparation of a daily summary for each object.
• engineering control and recommendations during drilling (selection of drilling mode parameters).
• analysis of all facts of deviation from normal operation.
• preparation and approval of reports on the work of chisels and engines.
• maintaining a database of drill bits, analyzing technical and economic indicators, issuing recommendations for further improvement of the well drilling process.
• preparation of periodic reports and presentations for the Customer on the results of joint work.

Repair and maintenance of equipment are carried out in the laboratories of BPO in Buzuluk and Nizhnevartovsk.
The laboratories are equipped with all the necessary equipment for the production of high-quality and full cycle of repair and maintenance as borehole devices (including the PWR resistivimeter) and ground equipment. For the maintenance and testing of devices, the following is used:

• vibration stand (TMS check for vibration loads).
• hydrostand (checking the pulsator housing for external pressure (simulation of borehole conditions)).
• vacuum station (checking the integrity of membranes, vacuuming and filling pulsators with oil).
• dynamometer (solenoid testing).
